As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by you.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that are clearly personalised or made to specification (e.g. custom-printed figurines made to your order).
